	Builder Direct Blinds, Inc. Retail Terms of Sale / Credit Card Authorization These terms of sale recognize Builder Direct Blinds, Inc. as “BDB”. The purchaser of the product will be recognized within these terms as “purchaser”. The purchaser agrees to pay BDB the price quoted by BDB in addition to any additional charges that may be applicable such as any state and local taxes. The purchaser agrees to pay for the product at the time of order via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. No order will be processed until full payment has been received. No returns or exchanges will be accepted as all sales are final due to the custom nature of the product(s). The typical lead time until shipment for blinds is 5 days from receipt of payment. Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All products are custom made to order and can not be changed, nor modified, nor canceled after order production has begun. Changes requested by the purchaser after production has started will result in a new & separate order & the purchaser will be liable for payment on both orders. The warranty for each product will vary and is valid to the original purchaser of the home or property. BDB will provide the purchaser with the standard warranty for the product(s) purchased, delivered, and paid for starting from the date of original installation. See website for full warranty. Returns for repair will only be accepted by BDB if prior authorization has been made, and the return is clearly marked with the return authorization number given to the purchaser by BDB. This determination is made solely by BDB based upon current industry standards of workmanship. All repairs and/or remakes are subject to a charge to the purchaser upon inspection by BDB, if the blinds are found to be faulty due to non-warranty related events any and all charges for remake and/or repair in addition to delivery & installation charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the product is found to be defective by BDB, the product will be repaired or re-made at the expense of BDB and the purchaser will not be liable for any charges with the exception of shipping charges back to BDB and re-delivery. Governing Law, Jurisdiction: All agreements, and the obligation and rights of all parties shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the state of Georgia.
